Starters
Lentil soup (veg)
Lentils cooked in cumin and olive oil. Served with toasted pitta bread.
Falafel 4 pieces (veg)
Vegetarian deep fried balls of minced chickpeas and spices. Served with tahina sauce (seasme seed paste).
Hommus (veg)
Chickpeas puree with tahina sauce (sesame seed paste) and Lemon juice. Served with Lebanese bread.
Moutabal “Smoked Aubergines” (veg)
Puree of smoked aubergines mixed with tahina sauce, lemon juice & olive oil. Served with Lebanese bread.
Potato Harah “Spiced potatoes” (veg)
Spiced potatoes, with coriander, garlic and fresh pepper.
Sambousek Cheese (veg)
Deep fried pastry filled with fatah cheese and parsley.
Sambousek Lamb
Deep fried Lebanese pastry filled with minced lamb & onion. Served with spicy tomato sauce on the side.
Chicken Strips
Fresh chicken strips, marinated over night, breaded and fried crisp. Served with honey mustard on the side.
Fatoush Salad
Mixed salad topped with crispy pitta bread, black olives. Served with a pomegranate dressing.

Fatah cheese breaded and fried crisp, mixed salad, black olives, Lemon juice & olive oil.

Moussaka (veg)
Aubergines cooked with tomato, onion, chickpeas and sweet pepper.Served with Lebanese Rice.
Chicken Mishwe
Marinated boneless chicken with lemon juice, garlic, olive oil and charcoal grilled. Served with rice, parsley, onion, tahina sauce on the top.
Mixed Kebab
Combination of chicken shawarma and doner kebab. Served with mixed salad, garlic sauce on the top and Lebanese bread.
Double Kafta
Combination of lamb kafta and chicken kafta. Served with mixed salad, parsley and onion, garlic sauce, tahina sauce on top and Lebanese bread.
Double Shish
Combination of shish taouk (chicken cubes) and lamb shish. Served withmixed salad, parsley and onion, garlic sauce,tahina sauce on top and Lebanese bread.
Chicken Rotana Chef
Marinated chicken fillet with special sauce, roulade with aubergines, courgette and carrot, breaded and sauted with cream sauce, sweet pepper, and coriander. Served with rice on side.
Lamb Tagine: (Cooked in Lebanese way)
Tagine of lamb with sautéed French beans, roasted with lemon juice, olive oil, onion, garlic, and special spices. Served with rice on side.
Fish “Sea Bass”
Fresh sea bass seasoned and baked in an oven. Served with tarator (tahina Sauce with parsley) and rice on side.
