Falafel, Hommus, Feta Cheese, Moutabal Aubergine, Moutabal Beetroot, Sambousek Spinach, Warak Inab, Sambousek Cheese, Sambousek Vegetable, Potato Harah (spicy potato), Sambousek Lamb and Tabouleh Salad. Served with pickles, olives, tahina sauce and Lebanese bread.
Lentils cooked in olive oil and cumin. Served with toasted pitta bread on the side.
Falafel 4 Pieces
Vegetarian deep-fried balls of minced chickpea and spices. Served with tahina sauce (sesame seed paste) on the side.
Chickpea puree with tahina sauce (sesame seed paste) and lemon juice. Served with Lebanese bread.
Puree of smoked aubergine mixed with tahina sauce (sesame seed paste), lemon juice, yoghurt and olive oil. Served with Lebanese bread.
Puree beetroot mixed with smoked aubergine, tahina sauce (sesame seed paste), lemon juice, yoghurt and olive oil. Served with Lebanese bread.
Feta cheese (soft cheese) with fresh mint, parsley, tomatoes, Cucumber, black olives and olive oil. Served with Lebanese bread.
Potato Harah (Spicy Potato)
Spiced potatoes with coriander, garlic and fresh peppers.
Deep fried Lebanese pastry filled with feta cheese and parsley.
Deep fried Lebanese pastry filled with minced lamb & onion. Served with sweet chilli sauce on the side.

Fresh chicken strips, marinated overnight, breaded and fried crisp. Served with honey mayo sauce on the side.

A combination of Shish Taouk (chicken cubes) and Lamb Fillet Shish. Shish Taouk Charcoal-grilled chicken cubes marinated in garlic and lemon juice. Lamb Shish, charcoal-grilled lamb fillet cubes marinated in lemon juice. Served with mixed salad, garlic sauce on the top and Lebanese bread.
Makloba Chicken with Aubergines
Chicken cooked with rice, aubergines, potatoes, tomatoes, onions and special spices. Served with salad and yoghurt on the side & nuts on the top.
Chicken Rotana Chef
Roulade of marinated chicken fillet, stuffed with aubergines, courgettes and carrots, breaded and sautéed with sweet pepper, coriander and cream sauce. Served with rice on the side & nuts on the top.
Kabseh with Lamb
Lamb cooked with rice, tomatoes, onions and special kabseh spices. Served with salad and yoghurt on the side & nuts on the top.
Hake fish fillet cooked with fried onions and special spices. Served with rice and coriander salad on the side.
Fried king prawns cooked with red pepper, red chilli, garlic and special spices. Served with rice on the side.
