Falafel, Hommus, Feta Cheese (soft cheese), Moutabal Aubergine, Moutabal Beetroot, Sambousek Spinach, Warak Inab (vine leaves), Sambousek Cheese, Sambousek Vegetables, Potato Harah (spicy potato), Sambousek Lamb and Tabouleh Salad. Served with pickles, olives, tahina sauce and bread.
Falafel 4 Pieces
Vegetarian deep-fried balls of minced chickpea and spices. Served with tahina sauce on the side.
Chickpea puree with tahina sauce (sesame seed paste) and lemon juice. Served with Lebanese bread.
Puree of smoked aubergine mixed with tahina sauce (sesame seed paste), lemon juice, yoghurt, pomegranate and olive oil. Served with Lebanese bread.
Potato Harah (Spicy Potato)
Spiced potatoes with coriander, garlic and fresh peppers.
Deep fried Lebanese pastry filled with feta cheese, parsley, mozzarella cheese and herbs.
Fresh chicken strips marinated overnight, breaded and fried crisp. Served with honey mayo sauce on the side.
Deep fried Lebanese pastry filled with minced lamb & onion. Served with sweet tahina sauce on the side.
Two selection of Prawns, Deep fried pastry filled with prawns & Prawns coated Panko breadcrumbs and fried crisp. Served with sweet chilli sauce on the side.
Calamari rings (Squid) coated Panko breadcrumbs and fried crisp. Served with sweet chilli on the side.
Mixed salad topped with crispy pitta bread and black olives. Served with a pomegranate dressing.
Aubergine cooked with tomatoes, onions, chickpeas and sweet peppers. Served with Lebanese rice on the side.
Okra cooked in Lebanese tomato sauce with garlic, onion and special spices. Served with Lebanese rice on the side.
Charcoal grilled marinated chicken with lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. Served with rice on the side and parsley & onion and tahina sauce on the top.
A combination of Lamb Kafta and Chicken Kafta. Chicken Kafta, Charcoal-grilled minced chicken, sweet peppers and garlic. Lamb Kafta, Charcoal-grilled minced lamb, seasoned with parsley and onion. Served with mixed salad, parsley & onion, garlic sauce, tahini sauce and bread.

Marinated chicken roulade stuffed with aubergines, carrots and courgette. Served with Lebanese rice, red pepper cream sauce on the side & nuts on the top.
Makloba Chicken with Aubergines

Lamb cooked with rice, tomatoes, onions and special kabseh spices. Served with salad, yoghurt on the side and nuts on the top.
