STARTERS
Lentil Soup (veg)
Lentils cooked in olive oil and cumin. Served with toasted pitta bread.
Falafel 4 Pieces (veg)
Vegetarian deep fried balls of minced chickpea and spices.
Served with tahina sauce (seasme seed paste) on the side.
Hommus (veg)
Chickpea puree with tahina sauce (sesame seed paste) and
lemon juice. Served with Lebanese bread.
Moutabal “smoked aubergine” (veg)
Puree of smoked aubergine mixed with tahina sauce (sesame seed paste),
lemon juice and olive oil. Served with Lebanese bread.
Feta Cheese “soft cheese” (veg)
Feta cheese (soft cheese) with fresh mint, parsley, tomatoes,
Cucumber, black olives and olive oil. Served with Lebanese bread.
Potato Harah “spicy potato” (veg)
Spiced potatoes with coriander, garlic and fresh pepper.
Sambousek Spinach (veg)
Baked pastry stuffed with spinach and onion.
Served with tahina sauce (sesame seed paste) on the side.

Deep fried Lebanese pastry filled with carrot, potato, garden peas, onion,

Deep fried Lebanese pastry filled with minced lamb & onion.

Charcoal grilled marinated boneless chicken with lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil.
Served with rice, parsley, onion and tahina sauce on top.
Double Kafta
A combination of Lamb Kafta and Chicken Kafta.
Chicken Kafta, Charcoal-grilled minced chicken, sweet peppers, garlic.
Lamb Kafta, Charcoal-grilled minced lamb, seasoned with parsley, onion.
Served with mixed salad, garlic and tahini sauce on top and Lebanese bread.
Double Shish
A combination of Shish Taouk (chicken cubes) and Lamb Shish.
Shish Taouk Charcoal-grilled chicken cubes marinated in garlic, lemon juice.
Lamd Shish, charcoal-grilled lamb cubes marinated in lemon juice.
Served with mixed salad, garlic sauce on top and Lebanese bread.
Chicken Rotana Chef
Roulade of marinated chicken fillet, stuffed with aubergine, courgette
and carrot, breaded and sautéed with a sweet pepper, coriander and
cream sauce. Served with rice on side.
Lamb Tagine
(Cooked in Lebanese way)
Tagine of lamb with sautéed French beans, roasted with lemon juice,
olive oil, onion, garlic and special spices. Served with rice on side.
Samak Makli
(Cod Fish, Fried in Lebanese way)
Fresh cod fish seasoned with lemon, special spices and fried.
Served with Lebanese tarator (tahina Sauce with parsley) and rice on side.
Fish “Sea Bass”
Fresh sea bass seasoned and baked. Stuffed with pepper, tomato, Onion and coriander.
