Rotana Cafe voted as One of the Best Restaurants in Ireland 2013 and 2014 Irish Foods Guide and in The Dubliner 100 Best Restaurants 2010 and 2011.

Rotana Cafe was opened in May 2008 by Mohammed Abuissa and has gone on to become one of Dublin’s most popular Lebanese restaurants. The restaurant has been voted as one of the best restaurants in Ireland in 2013 and 2014 by the McKennas’ Irish Food Guide as well as being named in The Dubliner 100 Best Restaurants 2010 and 2011. Rotana Cafe has also been awarded a Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellance and has been named in Dublin’s Best Restaurants in the Hot Press Best of Dublin Magazine 2014. Rotana Cafe has been serving some of the best authentic Lebanese food in Dublin since it’s opening and is now well known in the city for its delicious falafel and homemade baklava sweets. Everything served at Rotana Cafe is fresh, exciting and reasonably priced and is just the right spot to try something different. In this casual and friendly atmosphere you can relax and enjoy some traditional Lebanese food and music and smoke a flavoured Shisha in the outside terrace. Now you too can experience a taste of Lebanon!

Authentic, brilliant and simply the best middle eastern food you can get anywhere in Dublin. Never had better Baklava too anywhere else - and most importantly, everything is absolutely fresh. Wonderful dining experience!

Almost 13 years have passed since we opened doors for the first time in our restaurant in the vibrant Portobello area, in addition to remodeling and image changes, challenging us to get out of the comfort zone, training us more every day . It is true that it has not been easy, we have come to feel tired, but as a family (which has grown) we have supported each other , therefore, our north is to be able to transfer these emotions or values, to our #RotanaLovers through our dishes, services, and spaces.

Reminiscing, we see how much we have evolved, and if it is true that it all started with a family, it is incredible to see not only the number of people who have joined, but the QUALITY . I would like to say THANKS to the team for always giving their best, with great LOVE and PERSEVERANCE.
