Starters

Falafel, Hommus, Feta Cheese (soft cheese), Moutabal Aubergine, Moutabal Beetroot, Sambousek Spinach, Warak Inab (vine leaves), Sambousek Cheese, Sambousek Vegetables, Potato Harah (spicy potato), Sambousek Lamb and Tabouleh Salad. Served with pickles, olives, tahina sauce and bread.
Lentil Soup
Lentils cooked in olive oil and cumin. Served with toasted pitta bread.
Falafel 4 Pieces
Vegetarian deep-fried balls of minced chickpea and spices. Served with tahina sauce (sesame seed paste) on the side.
Hommus

Chickpea puree with tahina sauce (sesame seed paste) and lemon juice. Served with Lebanese bread.
Moutabal Aubergine

Puree of smoked aubergine mixed with tahina sauce (sesame seed paste), lemon juice, yoghurt, pomegranate and olive oil. Served with Lebanese bread.
Moutabal Beetroot

Puree beetroot mixed with smoked aubergine, tahina sauce (sesame seed paste), lemon juice, yoghurt, pomegranate and olive oil. Served with Lebanese bread.
Feta Cheese

Feta cheese (soft cheese) with fresh mint, parsley, tomatoes,
Cucumber, black olives and olive oil. Served with Lebanese bread.
Potato Harah (spicy potato)

Spiced potatoes with coriander, garlic and fresh peppers.
Sambousek Cheese

Deep fried Lebanese pastry filled with feta cheese and parsley.
Sambousek Spinach
Deep fried Lebanese pastry stuffed with spinach and onion.
Served with tahina sauce (sesame seed paste) on the side.
Sambousek Lamb
Deep fried Lebanese pastry filled with minced lamb & onion. Served with sweet chilli sauce on the side.
Chicken Strips
Fresh chicken strips, marinated overnight, breaded and fried crisp. Served with honey mayo sauce on the side.
Fatoush Salad
Mixed salad topped with crispy pitta bread, pomegranate and black olives. Served with a pomegranate dressing.
Main Courses
Lebanese Falafel Sandwich

Falafel Sandwich with tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, parsley, pickles, hummus filling and yogurt tahina sauce. Served with Hummus on the side and portion of Chips.

Chicken Shawarma

Served with portion of Chips or Rice. Roasted thin slices of marinated chicken. Served with mixed salad, garlic sauce on the top, pomegranate dressing and Lebanese bread.
Chicken Kafta

Served with portion of Chips or Rice. Charcoal-grilled minced chicken, sweet peppers, garlic and special spices. Served with mixed salad, garlic sauce on the top and Lebanese bread.
Lamb Kafta
Served with portion of Chips or Rice. Charcoal-grilled minced lamb, seasoned with parsley, onion and special spices. Served with mixed salad, parsley & onion, tahina sauce on the top and bread.
Shish Taouk (Chicken cubes)

Served with portion of Chips or Rice. Charcoal-grilled chicken cubes, marinated in garlic and lemon juice. Served with mixed salad, garlic sauce on the top and Lebanese bread.
Lebanese Moussaka

Aubergine cooked with tomatoes, onions, chickpeas and sweet peppers.
Served with Lebanese rice on the side.
Bamya, Okra

Okra cooked in a Lebanese tomato sauce with garlic, onion and special spices.
Served with Lebanese rice on the side.
Chicken Mishwe
Charcoal grilled marinated chicken with lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. Served with rice on the side and parsley, onion & tahina sauce on the top.
Fattat Dajaj

Shredded chicken with garlic yoghurt tahina sauce and crispy pitta bread. Topped with rice and nuts. Served with garlic yoghurt tahina sauce on the side.
Dawood Basha (meat balls)
Charcoal grilled lamb meat balls, parsley and onion cooked in
a tomato sauce. Served with Lebanese rice on the side.
